Two Lithia residents have been charged in animal cruelty case and after all investigation they removed dozens of animals from their home. The animals at their home were not provided with proper food and water.
Hillsborough country Animal Services found four dead dogs when they went to remove more than 80 animals from the property which were living in deplorable conditions. Animal service spokesman also said that one of the four dead dogs was possibly pregnant.
The breeders of the animals live in the main house while most of all animals were left in other house. Investigators arrested the 38-year-old Ian Roth and 43-year-old Christie Roth on Monday. Animal service received an anonymous tip about the site, which houses an animal breeding business.
