when dogs are meant to be loyal then I really don’t understand why people need to chain them.
this pictures tells that owner of the dog consider them as no better than trash.
this dog was rescued from the backyard in florida, where he was chained in 90 degree heat. and also he was not fed for last 30 days.
the result of too tight chain around their neck. many times people get puppy and tie a chain around the neck and forget about it. Then the collar cuts into the dog’s neck causing infectious wounds.
This dog lived his life on a chain, and was extremely malnourished and neglected.
These dogs had no chance to save themselves as they were chained.
